Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
How to Return:
Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
We will arrange pickup through our own delivery service or guide you to drop off the item.
After inspection, eligible returns will be refunded or exchanged as per your request.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or wrong item delivered.
Exchange:
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
